Attach the exact identification
Include the complete unit model, serial and relevant component reference. If requesting an expansion device, provide the technician-approved application and connection requirements. Do not use a simplified cycle diagram to diagnose a fault or approve a substitute. Qualified assessment establishes the replacement requirement; the parts enquiry then communicates that requirement clearly to the branch.

If the job note says 'replace condenser', clarify whether it means a condenser coil or the complete outdoor assembly. Use the parts diagram and approved scope to resolve that difference before asking for a supply price.
