I want to start of by saying, Refco is an excellent company. Their prices usually beats other suppliers, and they courteously sent a replacement within 48 hours after getting a manufacture's approval.
The REME HALO-LED sanitizer made an immediate air quality improvement after installing 2, upstairs and downstairs. Allergy symptoms started returning and I checked both systems and noticed one LED bulb had failed. It was replaced under the warranty and the air quality is starting to improve. The Reme Halo LED works, and the company stands behind their warranty.
